  • 特點
    1. 含微細粉粒，能在版面上產生研磨效果，去除版面上的氧化及刮痕，使貯存過的舊版有新版一般的表現。
    2. 獨特的全能有機酸，讓處理過的版面形成非常強效的吸水層強化非印紋區的親水性。

    1. 整面膏是一種特殊製品，能使長期儲存的印版重新使用順利。
    2. 對氧化的油墨皮膜可以輕鬆的去除掉，尤其有助於加強非印紋區的親水性。
    3．內含輕柔的適當顆粒，暨能除去印紋上的舊皮膜又不會損傷印版本身。

  • 使用方法
    1. 將整面膏塗在長期貯存後待用的印版上，稍作擦拭，並讓整面膏作用一段時間，然後以清水洗淨即可。

  • 特點
    1.可同時進行上膠、淨版及強化印紋之高效能版面處理劑。

  • 使用方法
    1.手塗:完成印版顯影後，把版水洗乾淨擦乾，倒一些AGE在版上用溼海棉稍加力道擦拭整個版面直到印跡產生反撥，於是用海棉吸乾多餘殘液並用軟布擦乾。
    2.製版機:將整罐AGE倒進機器的上膠槽，必要時調整到合適的流動性。

  • 使用注意事項
    1.操作時戴護目鏡及手套，用後洗手，如不小心觸及眼睛務必要用清水沖洗，至少15分鐘。

    1.1211為強鹼性鹽類，操作時請戴橡皮手套。
    2.皮膚接觸1211時，以足量清水沖至無滑膩感。
    3.廢液排放時，先以酸中和，並參照當地法令規定。

    1.1211is a strong alkaline product, please wear rubber gloves while processing.
    2.If the liquid splashes onto skins or clothes please wash out with large quantity of water until there is no feeling of slippery.

    2.如印版在通過清潔槽之速度太慢時，有可能為對印紋造成影響。

  • 使用方法
    1.版面產生底汙時，以海綿沾本液輕輕擦拭，使墨汙溶解消除後，速用乾淨濕布擦拭乾淨。
    2.鍍鉻水輥用法相同。
    3.印刷完後若需保留版，以1313全面擦拭後用清水洗淨吹乾後上膠。

  • INSTRUCTION
    1. When the surface of the plate has stains, wipe them with sponge containing 1313.
    2. To treat a chromeplated roller in the same way.
    3. After finishing printing, take off the plate and clean it with 1313 before gumming.

  • 使用注意事項
    1.網點區域之底污應輕輕擦拭，避免傷及較細網點。
    2.在非網點區有嚴重底污時，可稍加壓力擦拭。
    3.請勿放任本液在版面上長期留置，應迅速擦拭乾淨，否則將會損及版面。

    2.勿長時間暴露於空氣中，或將膠液回收使用。以免保存劑失效引起腐敗。

    1. 1314 should not be added to the damping system.

    3. Do not mix the used waste back to fresh 1314 for fear of stink.

    4. 印紋不沾墨時，可用1323擦拭至印紋反撥水份，即能恢復良好著墨力。


  • FEATURES
    1. Available for CTP, PS, alum, and zinc plate.
    2. Especially effective to remove stains, oxidization and skins occur at the non-image areas of the plate which kept away for long time.
    3. Highly concentrates and containing active element, this is characterized by its high efficiency.
    4. When the image areas repelling ink, wipe them with 1323 until the images recover its power of adhering ink.
