    欣橋UV-CTP(CTcP)版不僅適用於UV-CTP(CTcP)製版，也可以用於傳統的PS製版。具有感光度高、直量穩定、版面平整度高、尺寸精準、強鹼性能好等特點。

  • FEATURES
    SINGULAR UV-F positive printing CTP plate fits both UV-CTP( CTcP) platemaking and conventional CTF platemaking. It features high sensitivity and stable quality. Equality substrate grains, plate in same level, executive dimension and fit for high consistence developer. Perfect printing adaptability with steady quality.

    1. High-quality aluminum substrate
    Imported aluminum substrate, complex grain structure, dense oxidized layer and unique sealing technology are adopted as the substrate that guarantees the flatness of plates.

    2. Substrate with hydrophilic treatment
    UV-F type UV-CTP (CTcP) plate with its substrate hydrophilic treatment can guarantee the adherence of the photosensitive layer and the substrate as well as the ink /water balance and overcome the normal contaminations at shut-down time or during printing.

    3. Unique coating formulation
    UV-F type UV-CTP (CTcP) plate with features coating cosmetics, high sensitivity, fine dot reproduction and wide processing latitude.

  • 使用方法
    適用於各類UV-CTP(CTcP)製版機(感度可至60~70mj/cm2, 405~410雷射製版)。也可用於傳統PS製版。

    製板條件:
    請避光或於黃光下操作。
    顯影液稀釋比: 欣橋陽版顯影液:水 = 1:4 ~1:6
    顯影溫度: 21~25℃
    顯影時間:20~30秒
    烤板條件:200~250℃，5~8分鐘

  • INSTRUCTION
    Fit for all kinds of CTcP machine like BASYS, LUSCHER, CRON. (Super fast sensitive speed:60-70 mj/cm2, 405~410 laser.) It’s also could be used as conventional PS plate.

    Recommended processing conditions
    Recommended plate-making room should be avoided light, illuminated light is yellow lamp.
    Developer dilution ratio: 1:4(machine)~1:6 (hand)
    Developing TEM: 21~ 25℃
    Developing time: 20~ 30S
    Baking: 20~25℃, 5~8min

  • 使用注意事項
    儲存:
    推薦儲存於10~30度℃，相對溼度≦65%環境。
    搬運時請輕放，防止撞、折、摔。
    推疊高度請勿超過1.5公尺。

    保存期:
    依上述條件存放，期限為18個月。

    欣橋熱敏CTP版材選用進口優良鋁版基、感光膠，配合我司獨有的多層砂目製造及封孔技術製成。擁有一致性好、易操作、長時間存放性能穩定；顯影兼容性好；印刷適應性優良、耐印力高等優點。採用830nm紅外線光成像，可兼容市場上所有熱敏CTP制版機。經過顯影加工後即可上機印刷，不需膠片，製版效率可大大提高。

    1.選用優質鋁基版及獨特電解、氧化和封孔技術。
    形成均勻細密的多層砂目結構和密實的氧化膜，具有高耐印且網點還原精準確實能力。

    2.可在明室制版操作，長期存放性質穩定
    可完全在明室下進行曝光成像及沖洗加工操作，可置於一般室內燈光下1小時，黃光下12小時，大大增加工作方便及安全性。長期存放後只版品質一致性高且優異。

    3.操作寬容度大、可供尺寸齊全。
    制版操作簡便，製版、顯影寬容度大，可兼容市場上所有型號的熱敏CTP制版機(感光度120-140mj/cm2)。網點還原力可達1-99%(200lpi)，耐印力10萬印，烤版後可達25萬印。短邊最大尺寸可達1300mm。

  • 使用方法
    1.曝光
    我司生產的PS版曝光時間於標準電壓、光源、真空泵抽氣氣壓0.08Mpa以上，使用單層菲林底片條件下測定時一般在48±10脈衝，約60秒(晒版機的碘鎵燈功率3千瓦，燈距1.2公尺)。PS:實際使用時因設備與膠片種類不同，晒版時會有差異。各家使用時請根據各機種的燈管期限及老化程度等實際情況確定適當的曝光時間。若使用十三級連續灰調尺(或UGRA PCW82測試條)測試時，網線稿以顯影後二級白三級、線條文宇稿則以三級白四級略顯為最佳曝光時間。
    晒版時請保持膠片和晒版機玻璃的清潔，晒版機的真空泵抽氣氣壓維持在0.08Mpa以上。

    2.顯影
    未達最佳使用效果，顯影時依照使用說明使用PS版顯影液。未使用完的顯影液也必須注意密封，以防止液體失效。
    顯影溫度: 22~25℃
    顯影時間:約30秒(20-45秒)
    顯影後必須立刻用淨水洗乾淨，正、背面都要沖洗，洗到表面不滑為止。

    3.修版、上膠、烤版
    為消除顯影水洗後版上不要的斑單、線條等。可於欲消除的部位以修版筆、修版液或修版膏等來修版，使其停留若干秒後立即用水沖洗乾淨。上保護膠可提高PS版的親水性，同時防止版面氧化及印刷時起髒。烤版能大大提高耐印力，烤版溫度請控制在180~240℃ 之間，烤版時間為5~8分鐘。

  • INSTRUCTION
    1.Exposure:
    Our PS plate' s exposure time is 48±10 pulses, about 60 seconds;(3kw iodine-gallium lamp, lamp distanced .2 meters).The exposure time is measured under standard voltage, standard lamp-house\vacuum pump air pressure over 0.08Mpa and use monolayer film. Because of different exposure equipments and different film types the exposure time will be different in practice. Please get out the proper exposure time base on your own conditions.
    If use 13 steps Gray Scale (or UGRA PCW82) to measure the exposure time, the best exposure time of color printing is the time when the gray scale's second degree clean and the third degree slightly appear; The news paper printings best exposure time is the time when the gray scale's third degree clean and the fourth degree slightly appear. Please keep the films and exposure equipment clean, and make sure that the vacuum air pressure is over 0.08 Mpa.

    2.Developing:
    “SINGULAR" developing chemicals are recommended to get the most excellent effect. Please fallow the instructors of developer when developing and pressurize the rest developer in case or it will be ineffective.
    Developing Temperature:22 ~ 25℃
    Developing Time: About 30 seconds (20 ~ 45 seconds)
    Do use clean water to wash both sides of the plate after developing till it has no soapy feelings.

    3.Retouching, Gumming up and Baking
    You could use our cleaning brush (pen), cleaning liquid, and cleaning cream to remove the useless dots and lines after washing. Then use clear water to wash the plate again after few seconds.
    Gumming up could increase the hydrophilic ability and combine ink ability of the PS plate, besides this it could also prevent oxidation and scum.
    Baking will increase the press life greatly. Baking Temperature: 180~240℃.Baking Time: 5~8 minutes particular conditions according to the illustration of your own chemicals and equipments.
