  • 特點
    1318是一個多功能，中等乾燥性，低毒性，低氣味，不含破壞地球臭氧層的氟氯碳化物，也不含苯類之印刷清洗劑。1318仍特別對於橡皮布及墨輥的免於釉化有良好效果，所以每日的橡皮及墨輾清潔工作就交給1318吧。自動橡皮布清洗機亦能適用。

  • FEATURES
    1318 is a multifunction, moderate drying, low toxicity, low odor, contains no CFC chemicals which will damage our environment and also contains no toxic benzene chemicals.1318 especially good for blanket and roller deglazing. 1318 can also be used in automatic blanket cleaner too.

  • 使用方法
    墨鯤:先用一般溶劑清洗，再以本劑清洗墨輥組。使用當中可調入少量水混合以協助污物的洗出，最後再用一般溶劑清洗一次。

    橡皮布:用清潔布沾本劑擦拭橡皮布，再用微溼布擦拭直到完全乾淨。

  • INSTRUCTION
    Roller: Firstly, clean the inking rollers with an ordinary solvent, then wash thoroughly by 1318, finally rinse the inking rollers with some water.

    Blanket: Take a piece of clean cloth and soak up some 1318 to wipe the blanket. Then use a slightly wet cloth to wipe the same part of the blanket until it dries up completely. The blanket will look as new as ever.

  • 特點
    溶解力強，揮發快，具有鬆弛橡皮布壓力，紓解輕微凹陷處之功效。
    1.乾燥性快，合乎高速的作業要求。
    2.可使橡膠產生輕微的膨脹，紓解高壓下之橡膠張力，恢復原有彈性。
    3.可使光滑釉化的橡膠面恢復如新。可有效減緩油墨因滲入橡皮空隙中氧化堆積所形成之光滑表面，提高油墨之轉移量。
    4.清洗同時，提供維持橡皮彈性所須之抗氧劑及可塑劑成分，且不傷橡皮布。

  • FEATURES
    1.Dry quickly, facilitates high speed operation.
    2.Make rubbers expand slightly to restore the elasticity of the rubbers.
    3.In case inks flow into the deep of the rubbers, it will be oxidized and results in glaze smooth surface which adversely effects transference of ink. 3302 can restores the elasticity of enameled rubber surface.
    4.While cleaning the rubber, the anti-oxidizer and plasticizer which maintain the performance of the blanket and roller is provided.

  • 使用方法
    可於每日收工時，以本劑全面擦拭橡皮布及墨輥作為保養。

    橡皮布:以乾淨棉布或非棉塊沾3302全面擦拭。
    墨鯤:先依一般方式清洗一次再用稀釋過的3302(與煤油比為1: 0.5至1)。淋於轉動中墨輾數分鐘，然後擦乾。


  • INSTRUCTION
    Blanket: To clean with a piece of dry cotton cloth or non-cotton pad which containing 3302.

    Inking roller: The ink should be firstly cleaned in an ordinary clean method then sprinkle diluted 3302(1 part 3302+ 0.5 to 1 part kerosene) on the turning roller for several minutes. Dry the roller thoroughly.

  • 使用注意事項
    1.印刷中使用本劑應將餘液擦乾，或調配溶劑油使用。
    2.作業時請戴用耐溶劑侵蝕用手套(例: viton手套)或避免本液直接接觸皮膚毛細孔。
    3.不可燃，必要時可滅火。

  • WARNING
    1.Operator shall wear solvent resisting gloves in order to keep hands away from 3302.
    2.If required 3302 can be used as extinguisher.

  • 特點
    修補受傷凹陷的橡皮布，讓橡膠表面產生膨脹，舒解受過度擠壓的分子結構，回復成原來的狀態，使未完成的印件得以順利進行，以節省拆換橡皮布的工時損失。如果橡皮布受損不嚴重甚至也可省下更換橡皮布的成本。

  • 使用方法
    以瓶蓋上所附的毛刷沾本劑少許，塗在受傷凹陷處，待其作用凸起到足夠高度，再以微溼布擦洗掉。

  • 使用注意事項
    1.本劑對皮膚有剌激性，請避免接觸。
    2.每次用過後，請旋緊瓶蓋後，以瓶蓋為底倒放，以免溶劑蒸發失效。
