1312 Fountain Solution

    1. 不用加阿拉伯膠即可印刷，避免水槽產生霉臭。

  • FEATURES
    1. No gum Arabic will be required for printing, prevent fountain from stink.
    2. Prevent the molten from been eroded, decrease loss of materials and save time in replacing.
    3. Its high concentration provides economical and efficient basin system control.
    4. Containing no heavy metals and toxic materials, its waste does not do any harm to environment.

  • 使用方法
    1.以本液:水=1:100~150之比例稀釋配製。
    2.版面產生輕微底污時，可在浮污處直接以本液擦拭。運轉中可直接用1本液原液少量淋於水絨套上，去除版污。
    3.水槽系統於循環中若有泡沫產生，可加本司專用消泡劑消除。

  • INSTRUCTION
    1. Ratio of dilute: 1372: water = 1:150-200. i.e. add 50-70C.C.1312 to lo liter water.
    2. If any place of the plate is slightly stained, directly clean it with 1312 for sprinkle it on the molten while operation continues.
    3. If bubbles are found in the circulation system, add some deformer to erase it.

    1.優異水墨平衡，印刷中不易版污，避免停機、增加效率。
    2.穩定PH值，酸度適中，減少油墨用量、印後油墨乾燥快速。
    3.用水量簿而勻，網點結實且紙張不伸縮，印刷套印準確、美觀。
    4.操作方便，水鏽整合處裡，長期使用循環系統不阻塞。
    5.水槽循環系統不產生過量泡沫，操作上無困擾。
    6.不含毒性溶劑，不會造成工作人員職業病害。
    7.可節省酒精(IPA)用量，降低成本且工作場所無難聞溶劑味。

  • FEATURES
    Reduce the surface tension of the fountain water to form a thin and even layer on the plates, thus decrease the shrinkage of the paper. Containing no toxic evaporable organic solvent, reduce the great quantity use of IPA. Remove the need of gum arabic, no more slime and mold.

  • 使用方法
    1.以本液:水=1:50~70之比例稀釋配製。
    2.建議酒精(IPA)用量為總水溶液之3~8%。
    3.若水的硬度偏高，可酌量追加本產品之使用濃度。

  • 使用注意事項
    1.使用前請搖勻。
    2.含揮發溶劑，工作場所應該有良好的通風。

    1.再也不需酒精(IPA)，大幅降低成本。
    2.不揮發，無難聞溶劑味，不含毒性溶劑，安全對人體不傷害。
    3.優異水墨平衡，印刷中不易版污，避免停機、增加效率。
    4.穩定PH值，酸度適中，減少油墨用量、印後油墨乾燥快速。

  • 特點
    1.以高級硅油為基劑的高效能消泡抑制劑，特別針對印刷環境設計。
    2.可以迅速消除水槽循環系統中因膠液、活性劑、紙粉等原因而產生的氣泡。
    3.適用性廣，可預先或事後加入於各廠牌水槽液中，抑制氣泡產生。

  • FEATURES
    1344 based on silicone is an effective high performance deformer which can rapidly eliminate the foams on fountain circulation. If filling in enough concentration foams will not occur.

  • 使用方法
    1.在水槽中加入總水量的千分之0.3的1344消泡劑，以抑制氣泡產生。
    2.如氣泡已生成，則直接在泡沫上噴灑稀釋過的消泡劑。
    3.取用前請搖勻。

  • INSTRUCTION
    1.Shake well before use.
    2.Add 1344 to the fountain system in the concentration of 0.03% by total fountain water.
    3.As foams appear spray onto it with diluted 1344.

  • WARNING
    In some coating system silicone will causes craters, if it happens stop using immediately.

  • 特點
    1.維持水槽系統的安定，穩定酸鹼值。有效避免產生黏液藻菌而造成管路阻塞及水槽酸度變化之影響。
    2.補充水槽添加劑中因稀釋而降低的防霉劑濃度，尤其是高濃縮型的水槽液。

  • FEATURES
    1.Maintaining the stabilization of fountain system to avoid breeding of slimes which influence the PH value.
    2.Replenish the fungicide of the fountain water which is weak in strength while been diluted in high ratio.

  • 使用方法
    1.本劑有效濃度是0.05%~0.1%使用時請依水槽用水量自行換算。
    2.經常清洗水槽者依較低濃度，清洗期間超過一星期者，請依較高濃度。

  • INSTRUCTION
    1.The effective concentrate of 1320 is situated between 0.05% - 0.1%.
    2.Choice your suitable concentration according to the frequency of how often you clean your fountain.

  • 使用注意事項
    1.取用1320時請戴橡膠手套如藥液誤觸皮膚請立即以清水沖洗。
    2.本劑不可當水槽液用，應視為水槽液的輔助材料。
