1319 墨輥清潔劑(洗車水)
1319 Roller Cleaner (Wash)
  
  • 特點
    1319為乳化型清潔劑，利用界面包覆之作用，將墨輥上殘存的油墨極顏料粒子收集後，包覆於乳液中。同時提供適量的水分濕潤墨輥膠面使殘餘的微量油墨得以分離而出，達到充分洗淨之要求。能徹底清除殘留油墨，縮短換色時間，並有保護墨輥橡膠之功效。

  • FEATURES
    This emulsion cleaner collecting remnant ink left on the inking roller by means of the function of interfacial occlusion holds the ink while properly moisturizing the rubber of the roller so that the little amount of remnant ink can be separate and thus the process of color-changing is completed.

  • 使用方法
    1.換色洗車時，先以煤油清洗大部份的油墨。
    2.將本液噴淋於墨輥上，待其機器運轉數分鐘清淨後，於回收墨槽刮除之。
    3.重覆前述步驟多次清洗乾淨。


  • INSTRUCTION
    1.Removing most of the ink with ordinary solvent before changing ink.
    2.Sprinkle the inking roller with 1319 and leave it on the roller for several minutes so as to dissolve the ink, and then scrape it thoroughly.
    3.Repeat the process of the above 2nd step for twice.

    1.使用前請先搖晃。

1325 水溶性墨輥清潔劑原液
1325 Concentrated Roller Cleaner (Washer)
        
  • 特點
    1.可依據各別需要，增減水量使用。
    2.使用前再加水，不會產生分離變質之現象。
    3.原液有相當的溶解力。


  • FEATURES
    1.Quantities of water can be added to 1325 to gorm an milky white emulsion rocker cleaner (1319).
    2.Add water to 1325 before using to avoid failing in quality or separating in liquid phase.

  • 使用方法
    1.原液可加1~3倍水，用力搖動形成白色乳液狀。之後用法如1319相同。
    2.預計水量可分多次逐量添加，並應隨時搖動，以免失敗。
    3.原液直接使用時，程序和一般溶劑相同。

  • INSTRUCTION
    Slowly add 1/3 parts of water to 1325 while shaking, the mixture will gradually turn to milky white. When 1325 is directly used the process of handing is equal to that of ordinary solvent.

1339 墨輥清潔還原膏
1339 Roller Cleaner (Paste type)
           
  • 特點
    1.油墨型的硬糊狀製劑，黏度高，清潔力強，不會造成墨輥打滑，特別適合小型機與名片機。
    2.內含多孔性填充材料，可以吸附大量歷史汙物。
    3.低揮發性成分，允許藥液在墨輥上停留更長，甚至是隔夜以增加效力。

  • FEATURES
    The clean power of 1339 is stronger than which of a emulsion type cleaner. The inking roller will not be slippery while in washing off due to its paste like and sticky characters, especially suitable for small offset printing machine. Micro-cell structure ingredients can absorb great deal of stains.

  • 使用方法
    1.先以一般溶劑清洗一次再用1339作徹底洗淨。
    2.取適量1339如油墨般塗佈在墨輥上並讓其展勻數分鐘，最後用溶劑洗淨。

  • INSTRUCTION
    Wash out by general solvent as usually, then wash in 1339 thoroughly. Finally use common solvent to wash off as finishing.

  • 使用注意事項
    請勿讓1339留置墨輥上超過24小時。

9341 UV油墨清潔劑(洗車水)

  • 使用方法
    依照一般清洗橡皮布、墨輥及水絨套的方法清洗：
    a.墨輥：噴淋於墨輥上，待其機器運轉數分鐘清淨後，於回收墨槽清除之。再重複上述動作至乾淨為止。
    b.橡皮布：適量噴噴淋於乾淨棉布上，以其全面擦洗橡皮布1~2回，再以乾布將橡皮布面上的水滯拭乾即可。

  • INSTRUCTION
    Same as the general way to clean blankets, ink roller and water damper roller cover:
    (a) For ink roller: Spray on ink roller. Let the machine running for a few minutes to clean, then clean the ink tank. Continuing repeat the action to clean up.
    (b) For blanket: Spray on the clean cotton cloth. And use this cloth to scrub on blanket softly 1 to 2 times. Then, use another dry clean cloth to dry the blanket surface water.

  • 使用注意事項
    本液不可用於清洗印版。
