  • 特點
    1.含高固成分，高光澤樹脂，增加油墨亮度。
    2.增加顏料的分散性，並降低吸油量，使色彩更鮮豔。
    3.調整硬型油墨(夏季用)的流動性。
    4.不影響後續顏色印刷之進行。


  • FEATURES
    1.1306 is characterized by its high solidity & hi-luster resin which enhance the gloss of the ink.
    2.Increase the dispersibility of the pigment particles, lower its oil absorption and enhance coloring strength.
    3.Increase the flow of hard-type ink.
    4.Not influence to the printing process for next color.

  • 使用方法
    視油墨差異加入2~5% 1306，並攪拌均勻。

  • INSTRUCTION
    Add 2%~5% 1306 varnish to the total amount of the ink to be applied.

  • 使用注意事項
    1306不含乾燥劑，加入多量時將延續油墨乾燥，可酌量加入乾燥劑補強。

  • WARNING
    Containing no dryer, overdos will cause delay in drying.

1301 乾燥抑止劑

  • 特點
    1.防止氧化乾燥型油墨的表面發生結皮現象。
    2.防止結皮之時效一般為48小時，但和噴塗量、均勻性、溫度、溼度、光線等有很大的關係，因而實際使用中應稍作調整。
    3.延長印刷機停機之時間。
    備註:本產品不用CFC(氟氯碳化物)作為噴射推進劑，不會造成地球臭氧層破壞。

  • FEATURES
    1.Prevent the surface of the ink and coating from oxidation and skinning.
    2.Under normal condition,1301 can prevents the surface from skinning in 48 hours.
    3.Lengthen the period of the suspension of the printing machine.

  • 使用方法
    1.墨輥應於1301噴塗之同時轉動，使1301均勻地混合在油墨裡。
    2.可於墨槽或已開封墨罐上之油墨上均勻噴佈薄薄一層即可。

  • INSTRUCTION
    1.Spray 1301 while the inking roller is turning so as to ensure even blending it with ink.
    2.Spray13O1thinly over ink pan and opened ink can.

  • 使用注意事項
    1．請存放於陰涼場所及小孩不易取得的地方。
    2．用完空罐不可棄入火焰中，以免爆開。
    3．高易燃性氣體，不可直接對火焰噴射。

1334 液體乾燥劑

  • 特點
    1.液體化取用方便，用量精準好控制。
    2.不含鉛及其他毒性重金屬，保障操作者的安全。
    3.本劑加強表面乾燥力並輔以部份內部乾燥性，補充油墨中不足的乾燥劑含量。

  • FEATURES
    1.Liquidizing product easy to handling and measuring.
    2.Contains no lead and toxic heavy metal protecting the operators.
    3.Mainly effective in surface drying auxiliary with a part of interior dryer.

  • 使用方法
    在全油墨量中加入0.3~3.0%的1334乾燥劑，實際加量以油墨狀況而定。

  • INSTRUCTION
    1.Add the 1334 0.3-3.0% by the total ink.
    2.Actual quantity must according to the condition of the ink drying.

  • 使用注意事項
    在容許範圍內，1334加入越多乾燥越快，但過量時會造成油墨乾燥困難的反效果。

  • 特點
    1.對付紙粉及剝紙的最佳輔助劑(印刷時可去除紙粉太多或油墨太黏所產生的白點)。
    2.調降油墨黏性(tack)，但不會降低油墨光澤。
    3.不含蠟，不會有康版墨加多時所產生的上光困擾。
    4.讓硬結的油墨柔順好印。
    5.讓溼式印刷(Wet on wet)易於操作及控制。
    6.打散油墨凝聚團，顯色更豔麗，實地印刷更細緻。

  • 使用方法
    以1~5%之用量加入油墨中攪拌，並以墨刀或攪拌機混合均勻。如不足再加以補充攪拌。

  • 使用注意事項
    疊色印刷時，後印的油墨必須加入更多的OX才不會發生轉印困難。例如：第一色加1%，第二色加2%，。第三色加3%，第四色加4%。
